🧾 DAVELEN LLC – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2025

We want you to love your purchase from DAVELEN LLC. If you’re not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through davelen.com.

🔄 RETURNS – ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or packing slip).
• Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in original condition (including original packaging, tags, and inserts).
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

DAVELEN LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

📦 HOW TO START A RETURN

Only items purchased from davelen.com are eligible.

To initiate a return:
1) Email info@davelen.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
2) If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA).

Important:
• Returns sent without an approved RA may be refused and returned to sender.
• We do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be shipped by mail.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified DAVELEN LLC error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or an item arrived damaged/defective.
• If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

✅ DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@davelen.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label (as applicable)

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.

💳 REFUNDS

• Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
• Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund after we issue it.
• Refunds exclude original shipping charges and any non-refundable fees (if applicable).

If a return is received used, opened, missing components, or not in original condition, DAVELEN LLC may deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

🎁 GIFT RETURNS

• Gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser.
• We are unable to issue refunds directly to gift recipients.

🔁 EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, size, or color:
• Initiate a return (if eligible), and
• Place a new order for the desired item.

🚫 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following are not eligible for return:
• Items not purchased directly from davelen.com (third-party retailers, marketplaces, etc.)
• Used, opened, washed, or altered items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale at the time of purchase)
• Bulk/wholesale or custom orders (unless damaged/defective upon arrival)

If you purchased a DAVELEN product from another retailer, please contact that retailer for their return process.
