🔄 Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order date.

Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days.

Canadian orders may take 2–4 weeks from the shipping date, depending on customs and local carrier processing.
⚠️ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

Available shipping methods and calculated rates are displayed at checkout.

While we do our best to ship using your selected method, DAVELEN LLC reserves the right to change the shipping carrier or service if necessary to ensure faster or more secure delivery.
🌍 International Shipping (Canada & Selected Countries)

We currently offer international shipping to Canada and select additional countries.

Canadian deliveries usually take 2–4 weeks after shipment.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees. These are not included in the product or shipping costs and are collected by local authorities upon delivery.

✏️ Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order:

If your order has already shipped, we may be able to reroute it through the carrier. Please note that intercept and redirection fees may apply, and these charges may be billed to your original payment method or another form of payment you provide.
✅ Proof of Delivery & Responsibility
Once your order is marked as “delivered” and confirmed by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), DAVELEN LLC is no longer responsible for the package.
We rely on official delivery confirmation from the carrier to determine delivery status. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check all entrances, mailrooms, porches, garages, or reception desks at your location.

Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
