SHIPPING POLICY

📦 DAVELEN LLC – Shipping Policy
Effective Date: February 8, 2026

At DAVELEN LLC, we work hard to deliver your order efficiently and securely. Please review this Shipping Policy for important information about processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, and responsibilities.

🔄 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
• Processing time is separate from transit time.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

Estimated transit time after shipment (carrier-dependent):
• United States: typically 2–5 business days
• Canada: typically 2–4 weeks (customs and local carrier processing may affect timing)

Note: All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

🚚 SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on destination, package size, and the service selected.

• Available shipping methods and calculated rates are displayed at checkout.
• DAVELEN LLC reserves the right to adjust the carrier or service level if needed to ensure timely and secure delivery.

📦 SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some orders may ship in multiple packages and/or from different locations. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries on different days.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA & SELECT COUNTRIES)

We currently offer international shipping to Canada and select additional countries where available at checkout.

• International delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs, inspections, and local carrier delays.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by local authorities.
• These fees are not included in product or shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, DAVELEN LLC may deduct return shipping costs and any applicable fees from any refund (if a return is received back to us).

⏳ POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• High order volume during promotions or holiday periods
• Carrier disruptions due to weather, service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Customs processing (international orders)

Carrier delays are outside of DAVELEN LLC’s control and do not qualify for shipping refunds.

✏️ ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:
• Contact us immediately at sales@davelen.com.
• If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address.
• If the order has already shipped, rerouting may be possible through the carrier, but is not guaranteed.

Any interception, rerouting, redelivery, or address-correction fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer and may be billed to the original payment method or another form of payment you provide.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

📦 DAMAGED PACKAGES / LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit (no movement after shipment), please contact us at sales@davelen.com as soon as possible and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged items and packaging (if applicable)
• Any relevant carrier tracking details

To help us assist you, damage claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

✅ PROOF OF DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), DAVELEN LLC’s responsibility for the package ends.

We rely on the carrier’s official delivery confirmation to determine delivery status.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
1) Check all entrances, mailrooms, porches, garages, and reception desks
2) Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members
3) Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim/investigation:

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure, monitored delivery address.
