DAVELEN LLC Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing:

  • All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days of the order date.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within the next 5 business days, starting the following Monday.
  • Delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days within the United States once the order has been shipped.
  • Orders shipped to Canada may take 2-4 weeks for delivery after shipping. Please note that DAVELEN LLC is not responsible for any customs or duty charges.

Expedited Shipping:

  • If you need faster delivery, we offer express shipping options.
  • The cut-off time for same-day processing of express orders is 3 pm EST.
  • Express orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed on the next business day and then shipped within 5 business days.
  • Shipping rates for expedited services are available at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We typically use USPS for shipping orders. UPS does not provide the specific services listed below for our orders:

U.S. Customers:

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 2-7 business days after the order is shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives within 2 business days after the order is shipped (excluding the day of shipment).
  • UPS Next Day Air: Arrives within 1 business day after the order is shipped (excluding the day of shipment).

Canadian Customers:

  • Please allow up to 14 additional business days for delivery after the order is shipped.

Note: A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Potential Shipping Delays

Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • Billing Information Mismatch: If the billing information provided does not match what your bank has on file, your order may be delayed.
  • High Order Volume: During large sales or promotional events, shipping times may be delayed by up to 2 additional business days.
  • Peak Shopping Periods: During peak periods, shipping may be slower than usual. If you need your package by a specific date, please contact us at sales@davelen.com to choose the most appropriate shipping method.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Please email us immediately at sales@davelen.com to correct your shipping address.
  • If your package has already shipped, an intercept fee plus transportation fees may apply to change the address. These fees can be billed to your original payment method, or a new method of payment can be provided.

International Shipping

We ship to various countries around the world. During checkout, please select your country and preferred shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, and other related charges.

Proof of Delivery and Responsibility

Once the package has been delivered and we have proof of delivery documentation from USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, DAVELEN LLC is no longer responsible for the order. Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages after delivery should be directed to the respective carrier. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery location for your order.
