DAVELEN LLC Shipping Policy

At DAVELEN LLC, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines for details on processing times, carriers, and delivery policies.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 5 business days from the order date.

  • Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Once shipped, U.S. deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 business days.

  • Canadian deliveries may take 2–4 weeks after shipment.

📬 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Carrier Information

We primarily use UPS for all domestic and international shipments to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

  • Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

  • While we aim to use the method selected at checkout, DAVELEN LLC reserves the right to modify the shipping carrier or service to deliver your order faster or more securely.

🚫 We do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.


🌍 International Shipping (Canada & More)

We offer international shipping to selected countries, including Canada.

  • Canadian orders typically take 2–4 weeks for delivery after shipping.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.


Potential Shipping Delays

Your order may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect billing or address information

  • High order volume during sales or holidays

  • Peak shopping periods or weather-related disruptions

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us at sales@davelen.com before placing your order.


🔁 Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping details?

  • Email us immediately at sales@davelen.com.

  • If your package has already shipped, we may need to apply an intercept fee and additional shipping charges. These fees can be charged to your original payment method or another provided.


Proof of Delivery & Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked delivered and confirmed by UPS, DAVELEN LLC is no longer responsible for the package.

  • For lost or stolen packages after delivery, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

  • Ensure your delivery address is secure and monitored to avoid any delivery issues.
