📦 Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 5 business days from the order date.

Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

Once shipped, U.S. deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 business days.

Canadian deliveries may take 2–4 weeks after shipment.
📬 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carrier Information
We primarily use UPS for all domestic and international shipments to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

While we aim to use the method selected at checkout, DAVELEN LLC reserves the right to modify the shipping carrier or service to deliver your order faster or more securely.
🚫 We do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

If your package has already shipped, we may need to apply an intercept fee and additional shipping charges. These fees can be charged to your original payment method or another provided.
✅ Proof of Delivery & Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked delivered and confirmed by UPS, DAVELEN LLC is no longer responsible for the package.

For lost or stolen packages after delivery, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.
